Feature Difference between Data Center and Cloud

The available shapes are almost identical in both environments: traffic lights, circles, boxes, stars, trends, and Harvey balls. Coloring is more restricted in Jira Cloud to standard colors.

Using Harvey balls, you are limited to the four standard shapes (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%): in opposite to Data Center, you cannot freely define your angle in the Atlassian Cloud.

If you want to configure a default value for a custom field of type “Traffic Light Status for Jira“ or set a custom field’s content via Jira Automation, please use the following JSON structure:

Specific workflow post functions are currently not available for Jira Cloud, in contrast to Jira Data Center. Instead, just use Jira Automation as the most effective approach.
