Since App major version 4:
Per project, any logged-in user can get an overview of their own outstanding decisions.
Having selected the panel “Multi-Approvals” on the project level, you’ll get an overview of all your outstanding decisions per issue and additionally the ability to directly interact (approve, decline, or delegate):
